RETURN POLICY

1. Please save the invoices sent with your order as this is your receipt.
2. Applicable only for items that have been highly misrepresented.

We DO NOT accept returns for the following reasons:

  • garment does not fit as expected (too small/too big)
  • do not like overall look of item (cutting/material/etc)

We ACCEPT returns for the following reasons:

  • different item model/color/size from the one purchasedis received
  • item is damaged/defective

3. Return claim must be filed within7 daysfrom the time order
is received. My-kawaii.com must receive the return item(s) within
7 days from the time your return claim is approved.

Important: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the
return reaches my-kawaii.com safely.

4. Reimbursements are given in the form of redelivery only.
Redelivery is subjected to product availability. Cash refunds will
be given only on case to case basis.

5. Redelivery is free after my-Kawaii.com receives your return.
Shipping charges to return item(s) to my-Kawaii.com will not
be reimbursed.

6- Original shipping cost during time of purchase will not
be reimbursed on returns/exchanges.
